It's hard to find dealerships and salesmen that will take time out and help you, take the time to get to know you and want to know your needs as well as wants. I have found just that at Opperman & Son. I just started my business this year and thought it was going to be a real hassle trying to find trailers that would suit my needs, but Aaron at Opperman's took the time to find out what I wanted and he went right to work. A week later I bought four trailers from him, and a fifth one a month after that. Aaron even called me from Mexico while on his honeymoon to make sure I received my trailers in good condition. Initailly it was a very tough decision to make such an investment with a company and people we had never dealt with. Jake at Opperman's was very honest about the equipment, sending us photo's and telling us what was both good about the trailer we purchased, and what might have been a concern. Opperman & Son also added a manifold style pump-off line that was done in a professional manner. Then they delivered the trailer as per our request when we wanted it. The fact that the trailer was bought sight unseen, going on your word as to the condition of said trailer. You made the necessary arrangements for the pickup of the trailer by me. All conditions were made and happened in a timely and orderly manner.
One other aspect of this deal was the title. There was as I understand it, a lost title, I was given a date which I could expect to receive the title and once again you came through as you stated.
